About you: name, email address and an encrypted password (we never see your password in plain text). About your wedding: what you enter yourselves – guests with names and email addresses, allergies, children's names, budget, vendors, photos and texts.
To run the service for you: show your information, send the emails you ask for and remind you of what you've chosen. The legal basis is our agreement with you, and for reminders your consent, which you can withdraw.
If you add your guests' details, you're responsible for them towards your guests. We only process them on your behalf. Allergies count as sensitive data – don't add more than the caterer needs.
Only those of you who are part of the wedding, and the planner you've chosen. The guest page is public through a random address – only open it when you want your guests to reach it. We never sell data.
On a server run by us. Emails are sent through Google (Gmail). No data is deliberately transferred outside the EU beyond that.
As long as you have an account. If you delete your account, everything is removed within 30 days, except what we must keep under bookkeeping law.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, and to object to the processing. Email vkmshop182@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
We only use two necessary cookies: one that keeps you logged in and one that remembers which wedding you chose. No tracking, no ads.
